We try to provide a transparent cost from the beginning, if we provide a quote over the phone we will just need to ask you some questions before sending through a quotation. If we provide a site inspection for a top-to-bottom Full Maintenance Clean, someone from our Administration will provide a quote which will be sent to your email.

2. We’ll discuss your needs
We generally like to have a brief chat with you so we can understand your property and exactly what you’re looking for. If we have enough information, we can provide a quote from the details and photos supplied.

For larger Full Property Maintenance Cleans, we may recommend a site inspection so we can properly assess the property and provide an accurate quote.

3. Site inspection
If an inspection is required, we’ll arrange a time that suits you. On the day, Dave will send you an update when he’s approximately an hour away. He’ll discuss your requirements, inspect the property and, with your permission, take photos to help our admin team prepare your formal quote.

4. Your information is securely organised
Your details are entered into our secure job management system, ServiceM8, allowing our team to keep your information organised and manage your enquiry from start to finish.

5. Receive and accept your quote
Your formal quote will be emailed to you, and we’ll also send you a text to let you know it has been sent. If you can’t find it, just let us know and we’ll help.

6. Book your job
Once you’ve reviewed and accepted the quote, our admin team will contact you to confirm a suitable date and time for your service.

Dave is an experienced Technician and if required will provide an on site inspection. For smaller jobs like a gutter clean or a window clean we often provide a quote over the phone. For larger Full Property Maintenance Cleans we prefer a site inspection so you can get an accurate quote and we make sure the job is right for both of us. 

Yes, Perfection Reflections have full public liability insurance and our technicians are height certified. Both certificates are available on request.

Roof & Up High Roof soft wash to remove dirt, lichen and mould

Gutters cleared of debris, downpipes are flushed to make sure all downpipes are clear, photos are provided

Every Exterior Surface Housewash detailing from the guttering line to ground level which includes:

Eaves, downpipes, render, weatherboard, columns, pillars, garage doors, and any exterior surface. We work carefully around light fixtures and garden beds

Windows & Glass Windows cleaned inside and outside, including sills, ledges, tracks and fly screens

Internal mirrored doors, mirrored wardrobes and internal balustrade glass panels

Driveways, Paths & Outdoor Living Pavers, driveways, pathways and pool - surrounds

Every job is different but approximately on average it can take two to three days top to bottom, we will always allow time to do the job properly whether it's one day or one month.

If its a gutter clean or window clean time can vary from a few hours to a full day or more

Yes, with permission and within reason, if there are special items we please request that you let our admin and technicians know so we can carefully work around the important items. If we use a chemical wash we cover over plants or trees so these are protected.

We aim to provide as thorough service as possible providing the best client satisfaction. If something is missed, we will always come back to fix it no questions asked. In the unlikely event, we have full public Liability Insurance should an unforeseen accident occur.

Yes, all clean all surfaces.

Depending on the material of the roof we use either a soft wash set up with a chemical treatment or a more high pressure wash for colorbond roofing. We are very careful so as to make sure no water leaks into the roof cavity, a thorough inspection is done before a clean is carried out.
Please note when it comes to the cleaning of cement tiles, if the cement tiles are not being painted, it's important to note they don't come up as well as other materials. 

Every home is unique and so our cleaning methods may vary from each job. We use a combination of soft washing and chemical treatments for the exterior of your home and high pressure cleaning on pavers, driveways and stone. We require a site inspection before applying any chemical treatments and high pressure cleaning.

We are a growing Business with trained Specialised Cleaning Technicians. Dave is the Site Manager and is in charge of making sure all work gets carried out safely, efficiently and thoroughly. The day prior, an automated text and email will be sent along with an estimated time of arrival. On the day of your service, the Technicians who are working on your property will send you an automated travel update when they are on their way so you know who will be on site.
